1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any application or website published by Moodstone Technology Limited ("Moodstone", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Store agreements.

2. Store Licenses & Standard EULAs

Our applications are licensed, not sold, to you under the standard developer terms of the respective app stores:

• Apple iOS Applications: Subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Google Play Applications: Subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All in-app purchases and subscriptions across our apps (such as Troddle Unlimited, WeightStone Premium, or TempPix upgrades) are billed directly through Apple Media Services or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period in your device's account settings.

4. Fair Play & Intellectual Property

All game mechanics, graphics, audio, design assets, and code are owned exclusively by Moodstone Technology Limited. You agree not to manipulate leaderboards, exploit unfair bugs, or reverse engineer any game or service.
